Superman vs. Quicksilver (Pre-HOM) : A Race

A certain dumbass believes that Superman is SLOWER than Quicksilver....

So using feats (scans and such) who would win in a race on Earth?

Superman can allow quicksilver to start mere inches from the finish line, and Kal-El would still curbstomp him 10/10.

At the start, Superman, would run in front of Quicksilver backwards, taunting him, and then he would grab him, and rip him in half. Then, he would grab the two halves, and throw them at the finish line, then Superman would outrun those halves and win the race.
