Magneto has no business going up against this guy. Graviton can create black holes very easily. He even lifted major cities around the globe from one location and easily used his powers to reshape the Earth's crust to look like him. He has force-fields that easily deflected Thor, extremely powerful blasts, etc. As a matter of fact, I remember him tossing Thor off. I could be wrong though.
