Gadgets and prep are about the only things that could put Bats above MN'er, since MN'ers probably as skilled as Bats, and he's augmented and enhanced. Bats is just skilled.

You may be right, but Batman has taken down others like Midnighter. So that said Batman in a long drawn drag'em fight.

Batman has taken down people who are probably equally as skilled, yet better in all physical stats and who can predict all the outcomes of a fight? Midnighter's going to kill Batman.

It's sales have been abysmal ever since they screwed up the reboot, like, well sub 10k range. It's no surprise the imprint's going away.

They might still print some of the comics under the DC imprint, but the writing on the wall has been there for awhile.

To elaborate more: In August, REBELS outsold The Authority by about 50%, and Magog roughly equalled it. And Authority's easily their top comic.

They're down in Indy comic ranges nowadays.
