Black Bolt scream vs. Vibraium

Could a scraem from BB at least crack or mark Vibranium.

An island with the foundation entirely composed of vibranium was blown up with blast charges.

Vibranium can only hold so much mechanical energy before it needs to releases said energy, and a full on scream from BB is more then a reasonable sized piece of vibranium can take.
