I agree that DD wouldn't have much of an impact on the fight, but Spiderman can and HAS handled Quicksilver by himself with his webbing, strength, durability, and most importantly reflexes and spider sense.

Everyone seems to act like he gets annihilated because he doesn't have a Spider-sense when the radar sense has proven it is almost on par with it.
