Slipped on the floor at work and twisted while trying to catch a can that was about to hit the ground. Then...OWW.

We're entering a legal battle about it right now because the work insurance is refusing to pay for it. I was off duty by 3 minutes, but performing a work duty by keeping random stuff off the floor.

Already hired an attorney.

If you were at a 7-11, but didn't work there, and saw something on the floor/out of place, would you put it back where it goes? No, not usually.

If you worked there and off duty, you would usually be used to doing that job and would probably do it, correct?
