Batman got: No Man's Land Batsuit insulated with 15 layer Nomex and triple weave kevlar around the bat insignia, gas vents on cowl, nightvision with infrared and ultraviolet imaging, antenna, poison-tipped shuriken batarangs, rope/grapple batarangs, electric batarangs that return like a boomerang, primary/secondary grapple, concussion grenades, red smoke grenades, tear/vomit gas capsules, flashbangs and a laser torch. Plus ropes, etc. And is Batmobile.
No Green Lantern rings, or other thing like it.

Punisher got: A bazooka (only use once in the gauntlet), 4 mini guns, a ak-47, an automatic shotgun, 2 desert eagle .50 and a Magnum .500 He gots 3 flash grenades, 3 hand grenades, and one combat knife.


They are fulled heals after each match. They have one hour prep before each match.
The fight is in New-York, the home of the Punisher
1- Nightwing and Robin
2- The chixx (Elektra and Black Widow)
3- Daredevil and the Bulleyes
4- Rhino
5- Spider-Man

If they clean the first step, they moved in Gotham. They got two hour prep.
6- Scare Crow, Bane, and the Joker
7- Green Arrow (only one explosive arrow) and Haweye
8- Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin
9- Cap America and Iron Man
10- Wolverine

If they past the second step, they have one week of preperation: Punisher can summon is pal Wolverine and DareDevil only once for one combat only. Same thing for the Bat who can summon Nightwing and Robbin.

11- Lady Death Strike (the k-o is a win)
12- The Human Torch
13- Deadpool
14- The Thing AND The Human Torch
15- Collossus

If they past the third step, they go on this one. The Punisher can summum only one time for one match the Surfer and Thor. Batman, on the other side, can summum, only one time for one match too Superman, Wonderwoman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Aquaman, Hal Jordan and the Green Arrow. One month prep for each match.

12- Namor
13- Doctor Strange
14- The Hulk (Mindless) bersek mode,
15- Iron Man, War Machine, Immortal Hercules
16- Loki in the Asgardian destroyer
17- Lex Luthor in his suit fuled with kryptonite, whi gives him the power of Sup
18- MorgWOL/PC
19- Maestro Hulk full potential
20- Thanos

Stopped at 16 (Loki) because of the summoning and prep.
