With a few days or a weeks prep, Doom. Apoc's good, but I've never seen him have the prep skills to beat Doom at the prep game.

Depends on the interpretation of Doom. If this were Doom as how he's written in Dr. Strange's books, or written as a mage/scientist, then he'd kick Apoc's ass.
