In a straight-up fight, I would give it to Apocalypse.

With a few days or a weeks prep, Doom. Apoc's good, but I've never seen him have the prep skills to beat Doom at the prep game.

In a straight fight, co-sign with everyone else.

Latveria or Prep would give Doom the edge (as would finding a table to throw)

Depends on the interpretation of Doom. If this were Doom as how he's written in Dr. Strange's books, or written as a mage/scientist, then he'd kick Apoc's ass.

Apoc is like the tween version of Doom anyway...
