your mbs bill (its annoying)

I keep getting this mbs bill everytime i go online. Its locked so i have to wait till the time ends so i can close the window and use my internet . 😠

I cant block it plzz help i cant get rid of it 🙁 Thank u

its like a pop up

Do a scan with Spobot or Adaware or Windows Defender... its probably spyware

Then stop useing IE and switch to Fire fox.
