No. Colossus is organic metal- and, while he HAS charged up trees before (the writer missed a crucial class of grade six science), it's generally thought that since Colossus' metal = skin, for all basic purposes, then he wont be able to.

it depends on the writer. gambit would touch him and make him explode, like with the trees, or not do anything against him. the writer kinda decides this fight, but logically, colossus wins🙂

Didnt Gambit hurt Gladiator by charging up his whole pack of cards? Didnt Collosus also get seriously injured by a guy called riptide. Riptides power is similar to Gambits but Gambit charges objects while riptide can throw objects really fast.

And that would be a MASSIVE low showing for Gladiator if it's true.

what would happern if gambit say with a very carefull aim managed to strike his staff directly towards colosus eyes that is known to be his weakness however he will have to get close enough to get close to strike. gambit does have standard equipment right? doesnt gambit have theadvantage that he is much faster then colossus. gambit thus should be able to anoycoloosus until he makes a mistake and then finish him off with a superchareg 52 card pick up or something.. and you said that the battle takes place in new yorkcity.. hasnt time and time agaain proven that a inner city urban enviroment suit faster more manueverable charcters??

Well, Gambit isn't actually that much more faster than Colossus (Colossus does have an enhanced speed) but agility & skill wise he's on a complitely different level than Colossus.

Gambit was able to dodge bullets. But if cars and similiar stuff are landing next to you and blow up every second (Colossus throwing) the cards won't help.

Yeah Gambit owned Glads but Gladiator had no confidence at all, my meaning he was low on powaaa.

Plus, it's not like Colossus' eyes are weak. They're just as durable as the rest of his body. Gambit would just waste his time trying this.

The most Gambit could do is temporarily blind Colossus with the flash of his cards/objects exploding near his face.

However, with that being his only real offense against Colossus, Piotr still wins this match.
