Moon Knight recently showed he is brutal. But seeing Spider-Man's feats I'd say Spidey.

I like Moon Knight too, but full moon, half moon, crescent moon Spidey wins.

Note: current MK does NOT get any powers from the full moon. Let's compare the two of them.

Spidey has a HUGE strength, speed, and agility advantage. He also has his webbing and his spider-sense.
Moon Knight has brutality, fighting skills, and not much else. MK will be destroyed everytime they fight.

Spidey is the king of the "street leveler" heros.
