As I understand it, The Spectre is the wrath of god. If the Presence is fully backing him, he's pretty much the presence itself.

He's referring to the writers, and things which exist outside of that multiverse. That doesn't lessen his power. This is known as the "4th wall" style of writing.

Funny, how that's explained in the same comic, and people overlook it. Lucifer 75 for interested ppl..

Even "TOAA" we saw in the Fantastic 4 issue was shaped by other forces -- as you saw his shape was determined by the Fantastic 4 themselves. He acted and looked and sounded like they 'percieved'. Shaped by his own creations. He even went so far as to describe it.

So it's impossible to outfeat those beings. The host isn't all powerful, when judgement is passed when the host and logoz agree, it pretty much is. But you might not be able to discern the difference, not knowing much of the intricacies of the character.

To threaten Yahweh, the creature would have to had been vastly beyond the ability of Swamp Thing and The Green to stop, as Yahweh is vastly beyond single realities, as he is the sum of everything, as depicted in Lucifer.

Maybe you've messed them up, Michael is a Vertigo character, but some times you can find leaks, where DC characters appear in Vertigo and vice versa.

I think the same can be said about Living Tribunal. Sometimes he'll show up and snatch the IG like it was nothing. Other times he'll run away because a kid said he wasn't wearing pants or Captain America told him to get him a latte.
