Wanda.

w/o the power gem to back it the reality gem isn't as strong as Wanda and her basicly unlimitedly amped chaos wave.

And yes the universe is wrecked in the process.

When the goddess had the reality gem she warped alot of stuff. She warped it so badly that it put the universe at risk.
