Magneto is far, far beyond what any of batman's rogue's gallery can deal with.

Umm, almost true. There are only two of them that can beat Mags, and even then it's with heavy prep time. Joker, and Ra's Al Ghul. They could do it given enough prep, like a year or two. Otherwise, no chance.

not a chance in hell. magneto can immobilize her, reverse the iron in her blood and KO her half a continent away, then fling the remains into orbit.

Magneto is a team wrecker like apocalypse, Graviton, Ultron, etc. If there was anyone in batman's rogue's gallery with a prayer of taking him out, batman wouldn't be able to handle him on his own. He'd be a JLA-class villain.

Magneto has human physiology and durability. Making the plant spores in his lungs, throat and nasal cavities (not to mention whatever he had for lunch) grow from the inside out of his body would be fairly fatal...
