WILL IT LOOK LIKE TOY STORY ANIMATION, OR PERHAPS LIKE THE CLONE WARS CARTOONS

I thought it was supposed to be live-action.

No one knows, because no specific information has been released concerning the project. (I think it's still in the pre-production phase.)
