Dr. Doom with GL Ring versus Thor

Dr. Doom has managed to gain ahold of the mighty GL Ring. He has spent a year in solitude training to master the ring in ways that pure heroes like Hal and Kyle never imagined. With his intelligence and creativity, Doom has essentially made the greatest hope for peace into the most powerful weapon of destruction!

With the GL ring at his command, and his vast army of villains assembled, Dr. Doom has finally achieved world domination and nothing can stop him...

...except the long awaited return of the God who walks amongst men, the MIGHTY THOR!

These two mighty beings engage in the ultimate showdown to determine the fate of the world...who will prevail?

Wait, return? As in, RKT? Or Donald Blake? If it's the former, even the power battery on Oa isn't gonna stop him. If it's the latter, with Thor's classic power, hard to call. How do GL rings do against magic? And does Doom have prep?

Honestly it would be close between normal Hal and Kyle with Thor it may be hard for Doom to get that level but yeah if he does it will be close.

I think Doom takes all ten. With a year to practice with it? Plus... the GL ring is completely about willpower... and Dr. Doom is up their with Lucifer in terms of characters who have insane amounts of willpower. Doom could probably do ANYTHING with a GL ring.

Assuming the ring accepts him, I too think Doom could do pretty much anything short of killing Thor, because I think the rings are against killing. If it was a qwardian ring there might be some bloodshed.

Thrown Mjolnir? Definitely. Godblast? With Doom's will, I wouldn't be surprised.

Maybe Doom will open a portal in front of the hammer then an exit portal in Thor's ear so he godblasts himself in the canal. That might tickle Doom.
