Grey Hulk still way stronger and faster. Spidey can run and dodge for a while, but he doesn't have enough to win in the end.

you know, Hulk's got almost all the 'skills' of the original Superman...
- able to leap tall buildings in a single bound (leap more than 2-3 miles!)
- faster than a speeding bullet (faster than rockets!)
- stronger than a locomotive (stronger than anyone!)
