Grey Hulk still way stronger and faster. Spidey can run and dodge for a while, but he doesn't have enough to win in the end.

didn't spidey fare well against grey huc cause grey huc is weak anyway so dont count spidey chances.

even with out the use of the thunder clap it won't be a stalemate thats not even possiable

you know, Hulk's got almost all the 'skills' of the original Superman...
- able to leap tall buildings in a single bound (leap more than 2-3 miles!)
- faster than a speeding bullet (faster than rockets!)
- stronger than a locomotive (stronger than anyone!)

anyway, Grey Hulk for the win. he's faster than Spidey, could just pluck him out the air and squash him in his hands.
