Please help my avatar!

Hi. 😄

I found this avatar among the avatars you could find here at KMC [The sliding dog] I know the avatar has an origin and is not just another nice avatar. I can not find out where it comes from, no matter how hard I try to remember where I have seen it. If someone has a clue on where it comes from, please could you tell? 🙂

No problem 😊 I've collected Sanrio stuff since I was about 5 years old, so I have a ton of it and I recognized who the puppy is 🙂
