Just going to sit back and wait for the fireworks to start, this is actually not a bad match up on paper and both sides could put forward some interesting points to debate over.

Considering Captain Marvel relative closeness to a Superman clone, he should take the majority. Hes got the strength to slug it out, the speed to be quicker then, and yes he can use that annoying lightining bolt for something.

Captain Marvel should take this more often than not.

Hulk in a fist fight can stand toe to toe with Wonder Man,Immortal Hercules,Iron Man,She Hulk Doc Samson and Sub-Mariner at the same time. He has more then held his own with Thor twice.
