Better Energy and Matter Manipulation-Magneto, Blackbolt, Graviton, or Electro?

Who is the best energy/matter manipulator out of this group? Magneto, Master of EM fields that extend into manipulating gravitons to an extent. Blackbolt, an inhuman with complete and absolute control over electrons and gravitons. Graviton, a beast of a character with complete and absolute control over gravitons and was the closest metahuman to ever be able to become the living unified theory of the 4 fundamental forces and also created blackholes like nothing, or Electro, the living Electric Dynamo who controls Electricity and EM fields(if written correctly he should supposed to be able to perform similiar feats as magneto).

Hm, you sure your list is straight? blackbolt seems like he might top the list because he actually used matter manipulation on something/someone before. Did graviton or even magneto do that? I have never seen them matter tranmute anything. But Graviton is a beast. In his respect thread he actually warped space and time around him.

Blackbolts best usage of his power is in his scream , that it , aside from amping his strength.

Crap , just checked the respect thread , put BB under graviton and leave the list.

Yeah, his respect thread is pretty sick. Gravitons is good as well. Man, he can use his powers to teleport via gravity shunts and can extend his power well into space. Also, he doesn't fatigue until after 8 hours from using his power, and if he conserves his power he can last up to 18 hours. He even levitated several cities around the world at the say time easily while battling the avengers! They really need to bring him back. Magneto and graviton would be a great fight to see.
