Spidermans Dialogue ranges from witty to corny , more frequently within the corny , Deadpool is a zany popculture encyclopedia often peppering his thoughts and speech with random things including his obsessions over chimichangas and the Olsen Twins. While all of Nextwave is pretty much humour in it's own right.

Another character with very unique, yet sophisticated dialogue would be "V", from "V for Vendetta".

100% agree, the actual novel was vastly different than the movie.

Deadpool and Spiderman are obvious. Guy is pretty funny as well.

Deadpool, Spiderman, and the Thing. The Thing is kind of like a lovable but ornery uncle.

V is defintly my choice too, but I love the question's dialouge too

Deadpool definitely. The first run of the Darkness series was also funny.
