However, to answer your post - the only way that the Hulk could break Kal's kneecaps would be if Kal simply stood there doing nothing.

Problem is, according to KMC rules he wouldn't just be standing there (read up on the KMC rules).

Then check out the several hundred post thread on Hulk vs Superman started by 'AsianHulk' a lifetime or two ago.

Superman wins.
