DC Atlantis is still in ruins after Spectre's attack and has yet to even start rebuilding. Right now they consist of a bunch of no name Atlantean soldiers, the new Aquaman,

and they're being lead by Mera. Why, in the latest Aquaman issue one (albeit pretty powerful) man waltzed through whatever little defenses they did have (a few guards and the new Aquaman) and proceeded to
