credit to a headline buried 12 feet deep on page 18 of the biggest daily in my City.

Behind closed doors The US and British administration allied with certain well known Oil Companies are "leaning" on The Iraqi administration to sign over its nations oilfields for the next 30 years, with the "option" for renewal.

War on Want supports the initiative as a means of enriching the lives of the Iraqui, in contrast The countries population is unified in the desire to regain and retain control over the countries economic assets.

shouldn't this be in general discussion? plus I think you should keep your conspiracy theories to yourself until you can prove them, currently all your doing is insulting those who've died fighting both for Iraq+Afghanistan and of course the United States and UK etc etc.
Just leave it out for a bit yeah?

Thanks, "re deploys pen/warhead"

talked with a few folks recently on a petittion. In summarry

a quick fix would be to

pay up arrears with immediate effect,
open the reserves books to external auditors
pay the market rates for crude

this should generate a phenomenol amount of Good-Will.
as well as hard currency to step up reconstruction exponentially.
