That human would probably gain some of Superman's abilities. The amount of abilities that person would gain would probably depend on how much of Superman's blood was injected into that person.

Odds are it would be lethal. The body will attack it and kill itself trying to destroy the invulnerable cells.

They'll get AIDs!

Why would u get Supermans power from a blood transfusion? Chances are you would die a horrible death considering he is an alien and all.

Exactly. Just because he looks human doesn't mean his blood is O Negative or any common variety. There is no doubt that a blood transfusion from Superman would kill a human.

It's silly to think that it would lend super powers.

Superman's white blood cells would attack and completely kill the person. They would have no chance.
