Kramer: *speaking in direction of camera* Hi mom!
Storm: Just get on with the explanation, dear, the battery's running out.
Kramer: Okay.
Kramer: So, what we have here is dad, Puzzle. He's going to be sitting in this giant rubber inner tube we repaired just last week.
Barker: Here's the scoop folks. Everyone in the town, everyone, has been trying to do this, they've tried building a jump out of snow and sliding down on innertubes in order to clear the river, which no easy task.

(Camera pans to the side to reveal the uncomfortably wide and raging river with a large snow jump built at its edge.)

Kramer: Dad's going to be the first. We've thought this out; we've even ducttaped a few straps to the side, the girls are going to man those and push. Come on, I'll show you. We have about ten to twelve meters for a running start and then it's all up to fate.

Barker: Raz has actually offered $5000 to the family who does it first. We're wearing crampons as to get a bit of a better grip.

(Storm with the video camera follows the two over to where Irene and Ronny crouch, clutching the duct tape straps.)
Ronny: We ready?
Vinny: I think so, get mom into a good viewing angle so she can record the jump.

(Storm walks off halfway down the hill and angles the view upwards.)

Kramer: (Taking his position near the back) Puzzle Launch t-minus fifteen seconds! Fourteen! Thirteen!...
Barker: Main engines ready?
Vinny: Ready! *stomps*
Barker: Booster engine number one?
Irene: Ready!
Barker: Booster engine two?
Ronny: Ready!
Barker: Pilot?
Puzzle: We're good to go.
Kramer:...three....two...one! IGNITION!

Barker: CHAAAAAAARGE!
Kramer: YAAAAAAAAAAA!
Vinny: CHAAAAARGE!
Ronny: YEAAAAAAAAAARRRRGH!
Irene: HUAAAAAAAA!
Ken: AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

(The pushers begin to run, building speed quickly.)

Barker: NEARING RELEASE POINT!
Kramer: MAKE READY FOR ENGINE UNDOCK!

(Everyone manages a final heave, the speed so fast that Puzzle actually lifts an entire foot off the ground as he clears the crest of the hill.)
