I'd say Starks wins if this is the current Mongol. Mongol's been a punk the past couple of years. Though Classic Mongol brutally maims him.

Now in Tony's defense to that statement, well his armor was primitive and compared to his foes, two big gorilla looking aliens with vastly more advanced tech, he is lucky to have survived Thanos's attacks at all
