Heroes of the Atomic age! An rp based on the classic superhero comics of the 50's and 60's. Earthquakes! Tornados! Evil geniuses plotting to take over the world, and alien invaders trying to destroy it! Heroes must be created ones only, with a limit of two different powers unless they can be grouped together such as, all the physical atributes of a certain animal. The hero creation sheet is as follows.

As an example, I'll give my own created characters sheet.

3)Museum Curator
4)A former adventurer, Darwin Williams found a monkey-god idol within a temple of a long forgotten race of simian men, which he located deep within the himilayahs. Upon removing the idol from its pedistol, Darwin Williams became enfused with DNA from such a creature. His body transformed into the perfect primate/human hybrid. All outer appearances point to his humanoid nature, but he now has all the finest qualities that the primate race has to offer.
5)The proportionate speed of the swiftest monkey, enabling him to run at a maximum of 66 miles per hour. All the strength of a silverback gorilla (able to bench-press around 900 lbs.). And all the agility of a great ape.
6) Ancient Monkey Staff a nearly unbreakable staff-like weapon, which can bend to seemingly impossible degrees before snapping back, enabling him to travel from rooftop to rooftop via pole-vaulting.

Brief history
Faith was born into superhuman powers, like the rest of her family. However, her powers made her not being accepted among the rest. In their opinion she was as useful as a powerless person and by that, kicking her out of the family. She was left alone, dumped on the streets.

She was eventually taken care of by a priest, when she was on the edge of starvation. He raised her, teaching her the knowledge of religion. She did not care about it much, but pretended too care to not make the priest disappointed.

When she turned 18, the priest disappeared in a mysterious way that is unknown to the world. Faith was left on her own on the streets once more. This time she was a little bit older and could manage on her own.

Powers
No one, not even herself know how much power she possess, or how little. With brief words, her powers could be described as 'randomization' A kind of power that is unknown. There is no telling what she will do when starting a fight, or experiencing anything that can inflict her pain, stress and other feelings. She is young and incapable of mastering her powers. Her powers can be launched any time, any where. She has very little control of it.

Weapon:
A golden crucifix, the size of a longsword (Belonged to her priest caretaker)

Heroes name: Kane

Secret/real name: Sam west

Occupation: Student

Bio: Sam was just a ordinary kid growing up. Went to school. had a family and did normal stuff. As he matured like any male he became taller and his voice started changing like every other guy that went through maturing. on his 16th birthday he woke up and got out of bed, did his daily cleansing rituals. Shower, brushed his teeth ECT. But when he looked into the mirror he noticed something had changed. He became invisible. He learning to live with it. When he got into the varsity Bball team he earned a scholorship for college. thats when he found that now he could also be absorbed by other molecules. ( Like he can go inside of a wall....lets say it's made of bricks and could take form of those bricks
in his size) Now he's just trying to do good in school ;D

Body type:He is at his physical peek in strength and speed and is a A+ Athleat so his body is in perfect shape. Fast,humanly strong,good stamina.

Gear: A set of daggers..2 and one small short length katana. regular clothes most of the time.

4) Brian was a geek as a kid. He always wanted to do things like they do in movies, but understood that it wasn't real. Later, he never was able to maintain a job due to his unstable powers, and lack of an explanation for the machine's blowing up. He discovered his powers after a random shooting happened by his apartment 3 years ago, and the gun was somehow destroyed. He reached the gun and it repaired.
5) Able to make machines break, repair, change, and build if he has the proper equipment. No equipment needed for breaking, though.
6) A backpack filled with scrap metal which is frequently built into different things.

Brief History: Sam always wanted to work in the entertainment industry. He went to college and got a degree in communications. He got a job as a assistant producer for WKAI 9.50 radio station.

He got his powers from an exploding copying machine in the office of his job. He first discovered his powers when he was supposed to be in a meeting at his job and a marriage counseling meeting with his wife, Sandra. He desperately wanted to be at the both of them and another one of him just appeared out of no where.

When the copy came back from the meeting, it disappeared and Sam realized that he knew what to expect at his job the next day.

Powers: Able to make copies of himself. When the copies disappear, everything that they learned and found out will be passed on to Sam.

Dangerous beauty is most certainly accepted. And Burn, you'll have to post a character sheet before I can say anything. By 'based on the comics of the 50's and 60's, I just mean a more retro kind of feel. classic plots right out of most early popular hero comics and stuff. There'll be constant alien invasions and other cheesy stuff. Come to think of it, the rp would be even cooler if it took place in the 40's and 50's. You know, so the kids could be saying crap like "Gee willikers!"

Brief History: Born in France, he was subsequently raised by Rick Bordeau and Maria Felton, having Mark Felton as his younger brother. During his pre-teen days, Light was a street fighter who fought against Trident Corporation agents who were becoming more and more interested in him due to his Werewolf genes that were not used from his DNA. In order to do this, Maria and Mark Felton were kidnapped as a bargaining chip for Light to cooperate. Later on, a young Tea Flatte who Light met after beating a group of Trident Corporation agents had infiltrated the Trident research facility where Light was held. Freeing him from captivity, Light then used his own will to transform into a werewolf and subsequently escaped from the research center when he was eventually recruited by a High School.

Powers: Light is a fierce lycanthrope, only being able to transform if he sees his own blood and revert to his human form if people are dead, wounded or gone from his area of sight. During combat, he tends to be cocky and boasts about either himself or his skills and does not have any sympathy to those who murder people for their own ambitions or because they feel they were doing the right thing.

Brief history: Zacky was orphaned at the age of three after he accidentally killed his parents with his mind ((i don't rremember how to spell the word)) he was adopted five times each time was put out on teh streets. he eventually dropped out of school and started a band called The Red Plague. he then started to help cities in need of it but sometimes also caused a hell of alot of trouble

hes like pyro, he possess only the ability to control fire but cannot actually create it

After escaping Russia by a cargoship full of refugees, the Bot was picked up by the Venindetti gang and reprogrammed him to find the traitors Pyro and Light-speed. He has the soviet union mark clearly noticable on his chest.

Allright kats 'n kittens, I've been wanting to bring this rp back for some time now. First, I'd like to start by dropping Simian. I've lost all interest in him. In his place, I'm creating a new hero. His sheet is as follows.

Secret identity: Vincent Graves
Secret identities occupation: former chemist with the american weapons-development program
Brief history: Professor Vincent Graves had been assigned the task of developing a method of biological stealth. His work went on for years untill a viable solution had been created. Once injected into the subject, it caused willing invisibility, with the unexpected side-effect of flight. Needless to say, rounding up all the invisible lab-rats was nearly impossible. On the night before his intended demonstration, his facility came under attack by foreign forces. Having no other chance of survival, Vincent Graves injected himself with the serum, to aid in his escape. Now with amazing ablities, he has donned the name 'Ghost', and now seeks to use them to protect humanity.
Powers: flight, invisibility, and the ability to move through walls.

brief history: while studying a meteor crater in brazil, a rare form of radiation only present in space fused him to the remains of the meteor. eventually he was buried alive and for 2 years was never heard from again. then, one day, he just appeared in a train station in salt lake city. he was taken back to his home in alabama but for 4 years he never said a word to anyone. now after a villain attempting the destruction of (you guessed it) an entire city, he donned the name of grey graveler, and defeated the villain without breaking a sweat. the radiation gave him the power to fuse with any solid object, and form it into any form he chooses. but he can only use what is around him, making him at a huge disadvantage in certain places.
