I would say that Galactus feed is at the same powerlevel as 100% Tyrant

Galactus learned of Tyrant's betrayal and engaged him in a titantic battle that unleashed energies that may have destroyed whole galaxies.

IMHO, Tyrant gets taken apart like the cheap Lego toy that he is. Other than an impressive initial outing, who the heck cares about Tyrant other than he is one ugy metal Frankenstein creep.

That he is the creation of Galactus and that Thanos estimated that the battle between those two must have destroyed Galaxies, If there is one person in marvel i tend to believe its Thanos he hasn't in costume to overestimate his foes, if he says that it destroyed Galaxies then from my point of view and Knowlegde of Thanos then yes the Battle did destroy Galaxies.
