Annihilation is > amped Nova > Darkseid

Annihilation is by far the best Annihilus has ever looked. If you're using that as your basis for him, you might as well use Great Darkness Saga for DS and then its still no comparison.

You probably wrong. Annihilus doesn't have any kind of Tp to resist DS. IN GDS, Darkseid simply depowered Mordru, who at the time, was the most powerful living being in the universe.

Darkseid wins hands down.

Annihilus has improved, but he really should have no poroblem defeating Annihilus

Darkseid. Annhilus is the best he's been in a long time. But frankly, he's so far outclassed by Darkseid it's not a fair fight by any stretch.
