fight takes place in NY, outside the Daily Bugle. Spiderman's Spidersense alerts him to the presence of a danger in the vicinity, so he comes out sort of prepared for a fight...

These three he could do sufficient physical damage to...but which he could get the drop on easiest...(he would have to)? I would say Iceman or Torch as Storm is more likely to have her guard up from enemies than these two.

Umm . . . freezing moisture out of the air has always been his thing (I believe thats how he makes the wave of ice)

I meant instant freezing of his opponents.... it should take a few seconds at the very least (enough time for Spiderman to react).

Magneto. He can rip Spidey's body in half, or make metal spicules out of his flesh.

Without using the Iron in his blood.

Then, probably a non-holding-back Iron Man.

Then Storm.
