I was gonna say Team One, but DP can be a wildcard with that Healing Factor.

Cap/Bp is practically a stalemate every time.

DD > Punisher unless Pun has prep in which case he can take him.

Spider-man (even if he is the least gifted martial artist here) obviously can school most of these guys when he fights smart, but DP has that amazing resilience where he seriously could be the last one standing. Team one slightly because Cap can organize his team slightly better?

I would say Team 1

Captain America > Black Panther.

Daredevil > Punisher.

And Spiderman'd likely be able to win a majority over Deadpool, though I hate to admit it - I really like Deadpool.

Mix up the teams a little bit, or this is obviously favoring team 1.
