Small Flash wins. I like the show

Hiro can't control his powers right now and they take time to activate. Any speedster should be able to KO him before he can activate them.

What about the Hiro from the future, he looked to be completely in control of his power. However Flash still wins 10/10 imo as all it will take is a few punches to knock Hiro out before he realises whats going on.
