Who is faster then a person that can Run across galaxeys?

A person who can teleport between galaxies

Flash
Superman
Presumably any speedster w/ the Power or Space Gem

Pip the Troll, with gem.

Makkari beat the runner after learning an alien trick of becoming one with speed/motion. He was stuck in hyperspace.

I dont think Supermans faster than the Runner.

Zoom is also faster in a manner of speaking.

I believe the only chance Flash has to outrun the Runner is to steal his speed. Makkari I thought he beat Runner by willing himself to go faster?

Flash (Barry) was capable of running at faster than instantaneous speeds.... As ridiculous as it may be, I think it's safe to say that he is faster then Runner.


Zoom is also a good choice.

but really i dont think no one is faster, he blitz Surfer and proved he was much much faster than him without the space gem.

You couldn't even see Runner when he attacked Silver Surfer until he stoped.

He didn't actually move faster than instantaneous movement, what happened was that he got there before the alien had a chance to think to activate his power.
