I've got to go with Haohmaru. Both are basically the same guy, with the same style and attacks except Haohmaru has a long-ranged attack.

Mitsurugi lost to a musket and he's supposed to beat haohamru?

Haohmaru throws tornadoes guys. Plus he's cool. He wins.

Haomaru, he throws tornados for god sakes.

Not to mention he didn't lose to a musket.

I'm going with Haohmaru with this one mainly because he has his tornado attack and Mitsuragi has bugger when it comes to long attacks
