OK so Gog wars DoomsDay is granted the power of Silver. VS every singel version of hulk ever created.. blood lust .. hulk thinks DD killed pitty and etc.. the only way to win is death.

Hulk would find a way to win. He kills Doomsday and the ugly creep comes back. Hulk gets angrier. This happens like four more times before the Hulk is so enraged he vaporizes Doomsday and Doomsday cannot resurrect himself from scattered atoms. He tries and reforms himself to look like Thor and gets himself decimated by the Hulk as the cardinal rule is Hulk>Thor anywhere, anytime, everytime.

This really isn't fair.

The Silver Surfer alone could solo every Hulk to grace the panels of Marvel Comics.

Hell, even if you counted every time the Hulk has appeared on panel as SEPARATE Hulk's, the Surfer could solo them.

Giving the Surfer reactive evolution on top of that is just...cruel.
