Batman(with a twist) v. True Darkseid?

This takes place on planet Earth, then on Apokoliks. Batman has the full powers of the Phoenix Force. True Darksied has all his powers. No prep, because neither one wants to fight, but must fight to survive. Can Batman somehow win? Can Darkseid win? Lets have at it.

I'd still go with Darkside. Source ain't protecting bats, and PF jobs like hell most of the time.
