Legacy. Nova was weak before Annihilation.

depends on the incarnation. during the new warriors, nova had substantial upgrades. classic nova (whom legacy would have defeated) was around spidey-level. nova towards the end of the new warriors run would likely have beaten legacy who hadn't really figured out his abilities yet.

tough match to call.
