What is with your obsession with Grey Hulk ? He's the WEAKEST damn version of the character. Trumping Grey Hulk is not a impressive feat on any bound. Wonder-man and even THING could/have done it.

Anyway rant aside Spidey just binds her wrists with adamantium webbing , either she loses her powers (is that weakness still in affect ? ) or she still can't punch him and he turns her to stone.
