Yes USAgent for the win, he's superhuman in every area and has had frequent upgrades in strength and skill. Taskmaster has taught USAgent Cap skills.

So? 616 Cap has broken Fenris(Thor enemys) teeth with a kick strike and bloodied Thunderball as well.
Does not mean 616 Cap is as strong as USAgent.
Also Ult Hulk at the time was hurt from Ult Ironman to even puking and the Tank drop after he was calm down by Wasp.

Point is even though U.Cap strike can make a weakened U.Hulk slightly bleed. Even though 616 Cap can hurt a weakened Fenris and have him run away.
Does not mean Cap nor U.Cap is as strong as USAgent. Which is the main point I was eluding too.
