Yep, if you want to smilie chart, you will have to hit the 'Post Reply' button as you did before.

SEEEEEEEEEEEEE??????????????????? It's not just me who didn't notice the POST REPLY button wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy at the bottom right corner. I usually stay in the GDF and don't get around here much, so didn't realize all the "changes" going on. just saw the new reply box and no smilies. to you, too.
