The lobo is actually Slobo, one of Lobo's clones that escaped.
Jakeem Thunder is between Stargirl and Ray.
Captain Marvel Jr is easy to spot. May be CM3 too however. I get them confused sometimes.
The entire Supermen of America team is there, consisting of Outburst, White Lotus, Brahma, Pyrogen, Loser and Psilencer.

Snapper Carr is standing behind Slobo.
Spoiler is standing behind Jakeem and Stargirl

Not very familiar with the TT. I can only recognize a few.

Who's the KKK member at the back?

He refers to himself as CM3 because if he says Captain Marvel he reverts back to being human. Of course he could just say CM Jr. but whatever.

The "had more clearance than God" stuff, was something they always said, and kinda fit because they could pop up anywhere at any time and merely flash ID's around and everything would go their way.
