ODB. yea you can. Busta was great back in the day, but now he's just stupid. ODB has never failed in my opinion. But it's possible to compare both.

This isn't the same as comparing 50 cent to Nas. Now that's just wrong.

Busta Rhymes was just a very good MC up to E.L.E, where as Ol' Dirty actually tried to approach rapping in a new way.
