A villian from Harbinger and XOManowar a tooubled teen with empathy for machines. Basically if it's mechanical or electronic it does as he says. He gained a suit of armor similar but slightly weaker and less durable than eigties iron man but with some nifty gimmicks from the Valiant Spider Aliens it was several levels down from XO level which would give Extremis a run for its money.

Given the OHK atomic-level slicing, and her occasionally uber durability feats, I'd actually contest that assessment. I would probably have her taking the majority over the lesser heralds....duplication or not.

She never has to be the "big gun" of the Authority, so generally speaking, sure, I would agree. But she does have those showings that kill you for this tourney....and not too many "low" showings to counteract them...just lots of average ones.
