He didn't one shot Galactus. I just posted the scans. Galactus was severely weakened by extra-dimensional travel. He didn't even have access to the Power Cosmic. The entire Alpha Flight group was surprised there attacks had any effects.

No they don't, Kon El is the Amp max, not the single character max.

As the appointed Judge, I declare that Guardian be allowed, but if he attempts to use any feats/showings above the stated level, he will simply be disqualified completely from the tournament. I posted the scans. Galactus had just traveled extra-dimensionally, was drained, and could not access the PC. In his weakened state Alpha Flight assaulted him.

Continued arguing will result in action. Wait until all drafts are picked and then repicks shall be done. That way, if they loose their character they have less to choose from as punishment for trying to cheat.

Okay, about Guardian: Mungi, when he was planning on being my partner for a short time in the last Herald level tourney, was going to pick Guardian as his character. He said the guy was like an Android Magneto. His shields are incredibly hard to break, he's got some crazy high energy projection, and he can create wormholes. If Mungi, the AF expert, was gonna pick him for the Herald tourney, I call bullshits.



As for Winter, think Bishop, plus he can use absorbed energy to fly and heal faster, and he can track energy signatures.
