It would be better if you put the weapons against a common enemy to see which ones do better. caps shield is only a defesive weapon with light offensive powers. WW's tiara and sword are one shot killers but have no defense. The Quantum bands and Gl ring are both superior to the hammer.

I wont say the GB, but GL-rings AND the Q-bands can absorb most of wat Mjolnir can project (lightning isnt even noticable to either of them).

and the Rings can also play "keep away" w/a hammer-user at that.

As to the argument over Mjolnir vs GL Rings; GL rings are definitely more versatile, but could they really overpower or destroy an Uru hammer empowered by the Odinforce? No. Likewise, any energy siphoning or manipulation becomes a two-way street since both weapons have this ability. Since no GL user has been specified (and therefore no adequate gauge of willpower) I'd actually say Mjolnir trumps a GL Ring's default defenses.

This topic is a bit vague, due to a lack of specified weapon users.

Green Lanterns (well, I believe it was specifically Hal) had his ring running on fumes. It was the climax of the comic, he was in distress, and he summoned his will power and forced some external energies into his ring and charged it to full power without the use of a lantern.

The energies were unnamed. It wasn't like electricity or anything...and it wasn't cosmic....

1) yes, numerous times. U'd have to look at the stuff pre-Kyle however.

2) Im not aware of any feat where it has controlled weather per se, but seeing as the ring has numerous times created stable climates (as well as whole planets) AND a breathable atmosphere I dont think it *couldnt* do it.

3) containd gods? yep. containd magic? yep again.
containd a god of Thors class? that I dont think we've seen done.
