If you want to have a well constructed argument on the possibilities of a J/L ending then I'm more than happy to participate, but when all we get is changed lyrics, I'm going to have a laugh.

Seriously, explain this whole tambourine thing to me. Maybe I'm not understanding the metaphor. Is it something from a movie? Is playing the tambourine supposed to be symbolic of anything? Why the tambourine? Why not the tin whistle? Or better yet, the marumba. Have you ever played it? It's an instrument that's less controversial, more informed and has more respect for differing opinions. You might get better music from a marumba.

Kenny, I dont think its your endless chant of "it's not going to happen" that has produced such a response, but rather your sort of cocky, condescending manner of doing it.
People are on this forum to have fun--- so whats wrong with changing lyrics and getting creative over an aspect of the story that certain people really like? There is a wide age range here and not everyone likes to endlessly debate theories. Some people just want to enjoy what they already know. I think they're entitled to do that without people making fun of them.
On the other front, I'm still waiting for a response in the spoiler thread on YOUR well constructed argument regarding Will and Elizabeth's imminent reunion and marriage, sans the "they love each other" bit, which Surreal has already covered.

And Kate, it's the character arcs. I firmly believe that Liz and Will character's are supposed to be together, and the writing has made me believe that. The way that Jack is played, it just seems to be not much more than flirting.

Don't forget that Liz (in DMC) was the only woman on the Pearl, so of course Jack is gonna see if he can get some. They flirt, play with each other's minds and see who can come out on top. The kiss, and in your famous kiss, is nothing more than Liz using her sexuality to get what she wants. Nothing else. But, that is my humble, tambourine tapping opinion.

One more thing, note the fact that I have not flown off the handle and attempted to offend any with "****" nonsense. All "****" this does is highlight a poor vocabulary and a short fuse.
