Too deadly. THe only cosmic on the other side is Spartan. And he's one ofthe most powerful beings in comics, but he aint' messing with spawn. I can't put my finger on it, but someone is missing too.

Depends on the version of Spawn. If it's one of his most powerful versions, WS's in trouble. Otherwise, Majestic, Spartan, and the Authority members will roll in this fight.
