Doubt it. It's pretty low on production values, relies on scripts alot, so yet again, I doubt it.

Skins is a tv series set in england. Is it on E4 ....If you watch it .....what do you think about it

First series was pretty good, second series was absolutely abysmal.

is there going to be a third series?

New series is expected to start in early 2009.

3rd series will have a whole new cast.

Who's Playing Tony?

When I say new cast I mean new characters. The only character returning is Effy Stonem. Other than her it will be totally new cast and characters.
