Is this 3rdAge Spawn

Depends on the age and the Darkness, witchblade. If you combine both weapons, the darkness looses its weakness.

Current versions of all characters can beat this JLA, but they would lose the majority. Martian Manhunter could theoretically mindrape all 3 of them, and I dont see Darkness and Witchblade even together beating a GL.
